Themed dinner “Time to Sparkle”


A tasting tour among the sparkling wines of our region to discover refined varieties, acknowledged labels and up-and-coming businesses.
A selection of food pairings by Chef Johnmark Nanit and Pastry Chef Selam Allaraj will accompany the evening in the rooms of the Vetri Restaurant on 30 Ottobre 2020 at 19.30.

Grilled oysters, lemon grass mousse and Tropea onions

Medallion of confit blue lobster, red prawns, plum chutney and pomegranate sorbet

A “risotto” of oats with our local sea snails

Amberjack in goat milk cooked at a very low temperature, with an emulsion of green friggitelli peppers, crispy quinoa and baby spinach

Pearls of Prosecco, Franciacorta and Champagne
